How it works
Getting started is simple.
Three easy steps from "I'd love some help" to a coaching plan built just for your daughter. Here's exactly what happens and when.
1
Fill out the parent form
Tell me about your daughter — her social skills and confidence, what she's great at, and where she could use a little extra support. The form takes just a few minutes, and it gives me a thoughtful starting point before we ever meet.
2
Comprehensive evaluation
We meet one-on-one for a relaxed 45-minute first session. It's a friendly, pressure-free conversation so I can get to know her personality, what she loves, and what she'd like to feel easier. Then I build her a personalized plan.
3
Coaching begins
We start regular 45-minute private sessions, in person or on Zoom, whatever fits your family best. I use games, exercises, and workshops designed around her needs, so learning feels fun — never like homework.
What sessions look like
Supportive, private, and built around her.
One-on-one, always
Every session is private and focused entirely on your daughter — not a group class, not a worksheet.
In person or on Zoom
Meet wherever it's easiest for your family. Sessions work the same either way.
45 focused minutes
Long enough to make real progress, short enough that she stays engaged and leaves feeling good.
Check-ins for you
You'll always know what we're working on and how she's growing — parents are part of the process.
A note from Lily
Every girl has incredible potential. I'm here to help her see it and shine.
Tell me about your daughter, and I'll be in touch.
